Harrison Township Dry Hydrant Project – 2019
A project to install a series of dry hydrants in Bluejacket and Bokengehelas Creeks in Harrison Township, Logan County, Ohio. The hydrants will be bridge-mounted on swivels, and stowed out of the water when not in use. Freezing surveys were conducted during a polar vortex event in January 2018 to ensure that the four sites for phase one of the planned project will be ice-free under extreme conditions.
